Account Dashboard Tickets

Sign in, open the ticket area, describe the issue, and submit your request. For account or order checks, submit the ticket from the relevant account so the records can be matched.

Response times depend on the queue and the details that need checking. Payment status or issues that require reproducing a connection problem may need further review. Check your ticket for updates, and add details to the existing ticket if you have not received a reply yet.

// CASE PREPARATION

What to Include Before Submitting

Use a clear subject, such as “No routes appear after importing subscription” or “Plan status hasn’t updated after payment.” Include the following details in your message.

  1. Describe the issue and its impact

Include your platform, the status shown in the client, and what you’re unable to do. For connection issues, say whether all access is affected or just one international site. Include when the issue started and the route name you selected.

  2. Include details needed for verification

For subscription issues, include the import method and any error message. For order issues, provide the order number shown in your dashboard, payment method, and current order status. Before sharing screenshots, hide passwords, full subscription links, and sensitive payment details.

  3. List the steps you’ve tried

Mention whether you updated the subscription, switched routes, or changed your local network, and whether anything changed afterward. Include the exact error message; it’s more useful for troubleshooting than “it won’t connect.”

  4. Check and update the existing ticket

After submitting, return to the ticket area to check for a reply. If the issue changes or you need to share a screenshot, continue in the existing ticket to keep the history together. If you can’t sign in, check the account details and available prompts on the login page first.

Support Guides

What should I check first if I can’t connect?

For initial setup, start with the Getting Started Guide and check each step in order: import your subscription, choose a route, connect, then test the connection. If setup is complete but the issue persists, note the error message and describe what happened in a support ticket.

How do I request a refund?

VPNRM offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Sign in to the relevant account, open the ticket area, and include your refund request and order details. See the Terms of Service for the full terms. Track progress in the same ticket; processing times are not guaranteed.

Where can I find plan data allowances and upgrade rules?

Start with the Plans page. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire. If your dashboard shows something unexpected, include the plan name and current status in a support ticket.

Should I submit another ticket if I haven’t received a reply?

First, check the existing ticket for a reply or a request for more information. Keep follow-ups about the same issue in that ticket. If you’re still waiting, add any new error messages and reproduction results to keep the context together.
